Data controller

WEAREVALT SARL (VALT brand), Tangier, Morocco. Contact: hello@wearevalt.com. Processing is carried out in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and, for people located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

We only collect the data you send us:

  • Diagnostic form : first name, last name, email, phone, company, website, city, Instagram and Google Maps links, main challenge, levers concerned, intended budget and timeframe.
  • Direct exchanges : the information you share by email, by phone or during a meeting.

To prepare the diagnostic, we also analyse public information about your online presence (website, Google listing, social media) from the links provided.

Why we use it

  • Respond to your request and prepare your digital diagnostic;
  • Contact you again and handle the commercial follow-up of your project;
  • Protect our forms against spam and abuse.

This processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request. We never sell your data.

Providers and transfers

Your data is processed by the following providers, solely on our behalf:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) : Hosting of the website and forms
  • HubSpot, Inc. (United States) : Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Resend, Inc. (United States) : Sending confirmation emails and reports
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) : Help drafting the diagnostic report
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) : Anti-spam protection for forms (Turnstile)
  • Calendly LLC (United States) : Booking meetings

As these providers are located outside Morocco and the European Union, these transfers are governed by their contractual data protection commitments (standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and the legal accounting retention period.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising or audience measurement cookies. Only technical cookies may be set, notably by the anti-spam protection on forms.

Your rights

You can at any time access your data, correct it, request its deletion, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by writing to hello@wearevalt.com. We reply within 30 days.
